I know, I know, rules are boring. Well guess what? It funner to read than to type, so you're lucky. You can ask anyone who's ever made an RPG and they'll say the same thing. So just read through these real quick and you good to go! I'll make it as fun as I can, and that's not a lie.
JOINING
This is easy that a cat could do it blindfolded. All you have to do is click the little button that says REGISTER. Your username has to an occ name. Told you a cat could do it...
ROLEPLAYING
Ahh, role-playing. The best part of the site. We have a few rules about it though, to make sure you have the best time. First, we are a PG level site as most proboards sites are. So if you are, oh I don't know, 9 or so, just know that some stuff like torture, pain, bloody scenes, etc. will be on here, so just make sure you can handle it. Honestly, I'm fine with people under 13 on here. I don't see an issue with it. Just don't flaunt it around, because if proboard shuts us down for that, it'll be on your conscience for a while. Ok?
Second, I personally have a strict policy on sex threads. I don't wanna see 'em, know about them, hear about them, or anything invovling them. It's just not fitting to the plot. No pregnacies. End of disscussion. This isn't a real life forum, or else I might allow it, but no. Now, I'm fine with the whole mate thing, if you want your character to be mates, I get it. So there, that's it,
Third, we are a 100 limit website, if you post lower....you will be fine! Nope, you'll be PMed and asked to edit your post to at least a paragraph. Not too long, not too much work. If you just want to post liners, this isn't the site for you. The only exception is in the OOC section of the forum.
Fourth, and most importantly, HAVE FUN! This site was made for your entertainment so have fun. And if I sounded rude at all during these rules, you can take away my chocolate privilages. (for 2 minutes)
100 word minimum, please. We're beginner /intermediate /advanced, so 100 words should be no problem, unless your srsly devoid of muse, in which case, don't start a thread at all or put it on hiatus.
OTHER
-No one is perfect, so don't make your characters perfect. Be realistic, a kit old can NOT be the world's greatest fighter. Granted she can be good, but not invincable.
-No character can die off without an admin's permission. Most of the time, we will allow it, but just so we're clear, you can't have your character kill anyone else's without their permission. Non-playing characters are fine, kill as you please.
-No cyber-bullying. It's not cool and actually makes you a bigger wimp than people who are victims. Why bully people who you never have met and never will? Duh!
-You are allowed to cuss, just not like crazy. One or two words per post depending on the length is fine. If your character is a jerk that's fine, just don't constantly use profanifty.
-If you have any questions at all, PM either me or Dew. We'll be more than happy to help.
