A somewhat large seal point she-cat sat in the middle of camp, her fur laying flat against her large frame. This cat was of course alone, thinking about the futur of the clan, and what would happen sooner or later. That was of course the job of the deputy, and she thought she was doing good so far. Her deep green eyes scanned the camp, wondering if anyone was around for her to talk her. In fact she actually wanted to talk to someone was she was getting tired of being by herself, and just thinking. Anacrusistone stiffled a yawn, but her eyes continued looking. |

Heartpaw padded up to the deputy, her brown tabby fur vibrating. Should she just stroll up to the deputy like that? Well, she was bored enough to do so, and that's saying something. The small medicine cat apprentice sat down in from of the larger cat, quite intimidated by her size. Anacrusistone was a lot bigger then she was, making the small apprentice nervous. "H-Hello? I-I'm Heartpaw, miss. H-How are y-you tod-day?" |

The seal point's brown ears perked as she heard pawsteps coming from behind her. The deputy had to crane her neck to see that it was the new medicine cat apprentice. Anacrusistone watched as the apprentice sat in front of her, nervous at that as she watched the small brown tabby apprentice shaking in her own fur. The deputy then decided to shoot the apprentice a warm smile, hoping that would calm the she-cat's nerves a little bit. "Hello Heartpaw. Its very nice to meet you. I am doing actually quite good today. But how are you doing today?" The deputy asked calmly as she calmly began to lick her dark chocolate paw, showing that she was calm toward the apprentice's presense. |

Longrun stomped out of her den in a bored manner, not daring to think before approaching the deputy and medicine cat apprentice. "Hey." she mewed casually, studying the two cats. The small one, Heartpaw, looked so nervous she was about to throw up. The other one, Anacrusistone, looked calm and powerful like any deputy would. She turned to Heartpaw, even though she was having a conversation with the deputy. "Your Heartpaw right? My new medicine cat apprentice?" Even small, Longrun sounded like she could pick off anything in her way in an instant when she opened her mouth. Hopefully they would like each other, but by first glance, it seemed as if she first needed to be shaken to become more tough.

The seal point's chocolate ears perked as she heard pawsteps coming from behind her, and had to crane her neck just to see who it was. There she saw a she-cat, who she didn't quite remember, but at least the cat decided to come join the conversation. Her deep green eyes gleamed a little as she moved her head back so she was looking back at Heartpaw. Her left ear twitched at the she-cat's greeting. "Hello." Anacrusistone mewed calmly to the she-cat. Then upon hearing the she-cat's second comment, she realized that it was the medicine cat of Riverclan. |

Heartpaw brightened up at the sight of her new mentor. Perhaps she could learn something today, seemed like a good time to start, she guessed. "Yeah, I guess I am!" She exclaimed, yellow eyes brightening a bit. She seemed more comfortable around her mentor then anyone else. "You're Longrun, right...?" Oh crap. She thought to herself, hoping she didn't get his name wrong. "R-right?" |

"Yep, yours truly. Your my apprentice." Longrun then turned to Anacrusistone and dipped her head. "The names' Longrun, as Heartpaw said. The medicine cat? Who are you?" Longrun didn't really care if she was one of a high position or not. She was still a cat, and Longrun treated every cat equally, higher than her or not. Why would you just totally not be yourself to impress another cat? He always thought that as foul. As for herself, she was proud to be so stubborn, so interruptive, it was her, after all. Well, back from her thoughts, Longrun stared at the two and looked the deputy up and down. She looked nice, calm, patient.

The seal point she-cat just smiled as the two medicine cats started a coversation. Her chocolate brown ears perked as she realized the medicine cat directed a question toward her. The deputy then slowly moved her dark green gaze toward the she-cat. I'm Anacrusistone. The deputy of Riverclan." Anacrusistone mewed calmly as she dipped her head in respect toward the medicine cat. She indeed had great respect for them as they took great care of the clan, but not only that, they see death almost every day because of it, which this she-cat thought gave them hearts to steel because they could take the loss of their clanmates. Luckily for this new deputy, she had yet to see any death lately, and she wanted to keep it that way. |

A silver chinchilla puffball was running to go tell Heartpaw the good news. Crystalkit was pretty good friends with the she-cat, but since Heartpaw was a couple of moons older than her, she was sadly left in the nursery while Heartpaw went to do bigger things. However, the kit wasn't looking and collided into the considerably larger cat. She shook her head as the little dust cloud around her cleared and realized in horror who she had bumped into. Crap. "Uhh... hiya there," she gave a little laugh, and licked down her fluffed up fur, a nervous habit as well as a means to get rid of the puffiness that she so detested.

A young tom kitten with a brown and white pelt ran into the clearing and looked around. The young tom noted Anacrusistone, the clan's new deputy, in the center of the camp, talking to the Riverclan medicine cat, Longrun, and his apprentice Heartpaw. The tom saw Crystalkit running over to the group. He could not distinguish any parts of the conversation, nor did he particularly want to.
Coldkit did not often join into conversations as his personality was so... odd. Coldkit was very goofy, often being at a loss for words and ending up making conversation by going, "Uhhh.... umm...." and running off. It would be even worse if he joined in that particular conversation. Why, you may be asking yourself. Well, it is because the tom is afraid of powerful cats, such as the deputy, who will be in charge of him before the end of his life, and medicine cats, who held life and death in their paws.
Keeping this in mind, Coldkit decided not to talk to the group, instead sitting a small distance away, near the fresh-kill pile.

Hollystar had gave a huge yawn as she had looked around the camp with a smile. " Greetings." The leader dipped her head at the others. The black and white she-cat's green eyes had flickered. Her ears were twitching for something to do. "Shall we do a portal?" She asked.
Hollystar had looked at Heartpaw whom was the MCA of Riverclan then towards Longrun but the cat was no where to be seen. She had shurgged and looked at the warriors around.

[Could Hollystar possibly mentor Crystalkit?]
The silver chinchilla kit shook herself off and glanced up at the considerably larger Hollystar. "Hi, Hollystar!" Crystalkit said, looking up at the leader with large blue eyes. Her loudness and seemingly unafraid manner was really just masking her intimidation. Her tail twitched involuntarily and she had to work hard to make sure that was the only twitch. She also had to work to make sure her ears didn't fold back. She licked down her chest fur out of habit, trying to flatted the fluffy tangle of fur.

Risingkit's white eyes scanned the clearing. She sniffed the breeze and turned to Writtenkit. "Let's go play moss ball" she said to her trustworthy imaginary friend. His white eyes brightened and his dark ginger pelt bristled. No one could see this but Risingkit...It was well odd. No one talked to her and she just ignored everyone else.

Crystalkit bounded off, nearly bowling into Risingkit, but narrowly avoiding it. "Oh! I'm so sorry! She gasped, her eyes wide. She felt horrible! Here this kit was, minding her own business, and she decided to try and knock her over! Crystalkit, being Crystalkit, really didn't care about the fact that Risingkit's eyes were white, or that her tail was crooked. "I'm Crystalkit." she introduced herself, her blue eyes friendly.

"Hiya Risingkit and Writtenkit!" Crystalkit said, quickly getting over her brief confusion. It must be an imaginary friend... or maybe it was an actual invisible cat! Oh, what a thing that would be! "Wanna play?? I'm bored out of my mind!!" The white and silver puffball exclaimed, her blue eyes wide and dramatic. "There are just no other kits around right now and it's making me crazy!"
