Hi, all. As a staffer who knows the ropes of bio approving (and who knows what can either help out us staffers or make our life harder) I just want to give you a rundown of the requirements for your lovely little masterpiece.

So first off, the title of the bio must be: CAT'S NAME - CAT'S CLAN. This will help us staffers greatly as we don't like to have to hunt through the entire bio just to find their Clan. We also need to know where to move it when it is approved as each of the four Clans have different boards where their newly accepted members go.

When applying for a High Position (HP) keep a couple of things in mind;
You MAY NOT have more than THREE (3) HP's at one time.
Leader, Deputy, Medicine Cat and Medicine Cat Apprentice are ALL considered HP's, so if you have three of the four, you cannot apply for another.
You also cannot have the same HP. Meaning no player should have two deputies, two leaders, ect. One of each, please, give other players the opportunity to try out that rank.
As of now, we are not allowing there to be two ThunderClan leaders, two ShadowClan medicine cats ect. The only exception to this rule is the occasional two Medicine Cat Apprentices (MCA) but if there is to be a second MCA, the person desiring to make one must ask a staffer, the Medicine Cat's (MC) Player and the player of the first MCA. ALL THREE OF THOSE PEOPLE MUST GIVE THE OK IN ORDER FOR YOU TO PLAY A SECOND MCA. So please check THIS THREAD to see what HP's are taken and which are still available... and thank Nighty for providing the thread while you're there XD

"Oh noez, my thread disappeared!!" No, it probably didn't. We have a wall to keep the threads from running away, however us staffers have almighty powers that allows us to move your thread. If it is unfinished, it goes into the Unfinished Bios[/b][/url] board until finished and approved (or unapproved). When/if we approve it, it goes into the Approved Bios board and into the sub-board of the Clan the character is in.

MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT YOUR BIO IS COMPLETE WITHOUT ERROR BEFORE SAYING IT IS DONE!! Why? We have a "Three Strikes You're Out" policy. If your bio has been "improved" three times after a staffer has told you it needs to be fixed and STILL doesn't meet the requirements, IT WILL BE LOCKED!! Also, if the bio hasn't been worked on in over a month, a staffer will post and give you one-two weeks to finish it up. If it is not finished in that time, it will also be locked. You will not be given a first or second warning whatever the case may be, it shall be locked and shunned eternally in the "Trash Can" section of the staff's "Rainbow Cave", where visiting hours for members are... NEVER! MWAHAHAHA!! It is here that the staff throws darts at the rejected bios, and when they have been mutilated beyond recognition, we feed them to Switchy. So don't be that person who is responsible for giving us a reason to throw pointy darts. Seriously, don't.
Alrighty I think that about does it for the rules. Please abide by them... that's what they're here for
